My Approach

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is based on the concept that your thoughts, feelings, physical sensations, and behaviors are interconnected. It helps you break free from negative patterns by breaking down larger problems into smaller, manageable parts, making it easier to address them in a more positive and effective manner.

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is a mindfulness-based approach that encourages you to be present and accept your thoughts and feelings without judgment. The goal of ACT is to help you navigate difficult emotions, allowing you to focus on healing and personal growth instead of getting trapped in negative patterns.

  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is a supportive approach that helps you develop skills to manage intense emotions, cope with difficult situations, and improve relationships. It focuses on enhancing emotional and social well-being.
